Bethlehem, PA – Louis Robert “Bobby “ Filigheri, died on Sunday, March 24, 2024.  He was 85 years old.  Bobby was born to his parents Louis and Mary (nee Orecchio) on November 20, 1938, in Somerville, NJ.

He worked in Allentown, PA as a line inspector, for Mack trucks, where he was responsible for the final inspections of the vehicles.  Bobby spent two years serving our nation in the US Army and was honorably discharged in May of 1964.  He loved his family and would do anything for them.  In his leisure time he enjoyed boating, saltwater fishing, and gardening.  He had a persistent and strong will to live, and the last 3+ years he fought bravely with his battle against cancer.

Bobby is survived by his fiancée Carolyn Long, his grandson Michael (Donna), great-grandchildren,nieces and nephews Diane Walker (Roc), Douglas Frey (Melissa, Ronald Frey (Rose), and a great niece and great nephews.  He is predeceased by his parents, his brother Kenneth, and sister Shirley Frey.
